NOT A REMOTE POSITION-STARTS IN MARCH 2021

CONSTRUCTION accounting/bookkeeping support needed with strong A/P, A/R and payroll. Sage software (formerly PeachTree), MS Office proficiency necessary. Intermediate Excel skills with confidence using formulas.

Focused, calm work demeanor, multi-tasking and work easily with other members of the team. Time management skills to meet critical deadlines. Frequent report compilation and presentation for management/C team. Assist primary payroll person at company.

• BA in accounting or finance with 3+ yrs work experience OR AA degree with 5+ yrs relevant construction paid work experience. This opportunity is not entry-level and is not offered for remote work.

• 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm shift.
