I.T. team is adding a new person! Experience should include the full scope of external support for computer hardware and software along with support to customers and staff. Prior experience as Managed Service Provider for business accounts is necessary. Direct and coordinate local and wide area computer network activities including support for customers. Handle complex data network services and other core maintenance and programming for equipment. Work closely with other departments. Responsible for electronic correspondence to clients, maintenance of external Internet and other duties.
Scope of work includes design, configure, installation and maintenance for personal computers, printers, servers, routers, modems, cabling, and Internet Service. Respond to customer needs and questions with professionalism. Read and analyze business periodicals, journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations. Write reports, correspondence and procedure manual. Effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public as needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment, strong math aptitude and computer proficiency in MSOffice Suite.
