Job Description

Construction accounting position for highly seasoned person with at least 5+yrs experience in a construction office accounting role. Temporary-to-hire opportunity. BA in accounting or finance with 2+ yrs work experience OR AA degree with 4+ yrs relevant construction paid work experience. NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Strong experience in A/P, A/R,and payroll knowledge to assist their primary payroll person. Sage software (formerly PeachTree) and MS Office proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills required with confidence in using all types of formulas. Focused, calm demeanor, able to multi-task, work with other members of the team, and use time management skills to meet critical deadlines. Present reports and update management team regularly. Small office setting with social distancing.

• 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm shift.
