Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will work for the Federal Student Aid providing excellent customer service skills. The Federal Student Aid, a part of the U.S. Department of Education, is responsible for managing the student financial assistance programs. These programs provide grants, loans, and work-study funds to students attending college or career school.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Us Citizenship · High School Diploma · Customer Service Experience · Bilingual (English and Spanish) · Effective communication skills to support interaction with students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds · Proficiency in use Microsoft Word and Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, and email. · Ability to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action. · Ability to read, interpret and explain statistical data, technical procedures · Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and meet deadlines · Flexible with the hours of operation/ no schedule restrictions (Mon-Fri 6:00am-10:00pm MST/ Sat & Sun 9:00am- 4:00pm MST) · Able to pass a Public Trust Clearance · Able to attend the 3 weeks of training (remotely) without missing any days

IMPORTANT: Candidates shouldn't have any student loan.

Training is going to start 06/01/2021.
