At Barron, a Solar Project Engineer will:
Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective
Establish a good working relationship with all team members
Establish targeted new solar customers while servicing existing client accounts
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors
Partner with Solar Project Manager to ensure successful project completion
Deliver sales and system design presentations to clients
Gain customer acceptance by communicating solutions/packages that enhance comfort and increase system efficiencies/providing energy savings
Stay up-to-date on current building code
Accurately build all estimates using ServiceTitan
Provide accurate and thorough layouts including communication to associated coordinators and inventory department
Turn in all required paperwork to ensure effective and efficient processing of jobs
Manage and/or coordinate all Solar tracking tools
Meet/exceed individual KPIs
Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude

Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications:
Solar Project Engineer
2 years solar sales experience required
Senior Solar Project Engineer
5 years solar sales experience required
Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
Pre-employment drug screening
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation: Solar Project Engineer (entry-level)
Full-Time
Base + Commission
Base salary: $40,000-$45,000 per year; DOE
Plus Commission: 4% of commissionable subtotal
Eligible for monthly bonuses
Senior Solar Project Engineer (experienced)
Full-Time
Base + Commission
Base salary: $48,000-$68,000 per year; DOE
Plus Commission: 4% of commissionable subtotal
