Our HVAC Service 100 Program is currently accepting applications! Our technicians learn to properly diagnose, repair, and maintain electric, gas, and refrigeration HVAC systems from an experienced instructor with decades of experience in the trade.

Barron Technician School is equipped with fully functioning service and installation labs, with classes taught by industry leaders. As an Apprentice HVAC Service Technician, you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington.

At Barron, our Apprentice HVAC Service Technicians will:

➢ Diligently follow repair, maintenance, quality control, and customer service procedures;

➢ Be prepared to offer and execute innovative solutions to operational challenges;

➢ Be able to work from and on all types of ladders;

➢ Be comfortable working in confined spaces;

➢ Be willing to occasionally work on-call, after hours;

➢ Acquire and maintain an 06A Washington State Specialty electrical training license;

➢ Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective;

➢ Establish a good working relationship with all team members;

➢ Meet and exceed individual KPIs;

➢ Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude;

➢ Share Barron’s mission of Improving Lives™.

Compensation:

➢ Full-Time;

➢ Hourly;➢ Annual cost-of-living adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

➢ Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record;

➢ High School diploma or GED;

➢ Must be at least 18 years of age;

➢ Legally eligible to work in the United States;

➢ Pre-employment drug screening.
