Barron Technician School – No HVAC experience required! Our HVAC Service Program is currently accepting applications! Our technicians learn to properly diagnose, repair, and maintain electric, gas, and refrigeration HVAC systems from an experienced instructor with decades of experience in the trade. Whether you are starting or advancing your career, we’re looking for honest, hardworking, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team. Barron Technician School is equipped with fully functioning service and installation labs, with classes taught by industry leaders. At Barron, our Apprentice HVAC Service Technicians will:
Diligently follow repair, maintenance, quality control, and customer service procedures
Be prepared to offer and execute innovative solutions to operational challenges
Be able to work from and on all types of ladders
Be comfortable working in confined spaces
Be willing to occasionally work on-call, after hours
Acquire and maintain an 06A Washington State Specialty electrical training license
Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective
Establish a good working relationship with all team members
Meet and exceed individual KPIs
Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude

Minimum Required Experience and Qualifications:
Experience working with your hands (i.e., personal automotive projects, woodworking)
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Obtain an Electrical trainee card
Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
Pre-employment drug screening
High School diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation:
Full-Time
Hourly; $20.00-$22.00
Annual cost-of-living adjustments
