Boiler Technician

At Barron, our Boiler Service Technician will:
Service and maintenance on hydronic systems and equipment including but not limited to:
Boilers
Radiant heating
Radiant floors
Zone valves
Geothermal heating
Performance maintenance to bring system to engineer specifications and operate with maximum efficiency
Troubleshooting and repair complex systems and controls
Communicate with customer about repair options and system improvements
Keep up to date with new equipment and systems and electrical code
Maintain a professional relationship with dispatcher and superintendent
Quickly build a relationship with customers based on trust and rapport
Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective
Establish a good working relationship with all team members
Meet and exceed individual KPIs
Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude

Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years Hydronic/Boiler/Radiant experience
Ability to obtain WA State 06A License
Ability to lift up-to 75 pounds
Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record
Pre-employment drug screening
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States

Compensation:
$35.00 - $55.00 Hourly, DOE
Full-Time
