About the Role:

LEITE DONUTS INC in Middletown, RI is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join our team! Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and other drinks to customer specifications

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service

Operate espresso machines, brewers, and other café equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace and service area

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
