Call Center Agent – Part Time (20-25 hours/week) Available shifts are 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm. Additional hours may be offered based on call volume. Employee will be able to work from home. Equipment will be provided. PURPOSE OF THE JOB The call center agent is the first point of contact to address direct and indirect customer inquiries regarding products and services. The Agent is responsible for ensuring that all questions are handled in a professional and mutually beneficial manner and in accordance with company standards.
