    Léon 1909 is a high-end French & Italian countryside restaurant celebrated for refined cuisine, curated cocktails, and warm, guest-focused service. We’re seeking an experienced full-time Bartender to craft exceptional guest experiences in a polished, fine-dining environment.

    Your Role

    • Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, and beverages in a fine-dining setting
    • Deliver warm, attentive, guest-focused service
    • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and pace during service
    • Assist with inventory, ordering, and bar organization
    • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years bartending experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or Michelin-style restaurants
    • Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, wine, and spirits
    • ServSafe or food safety certification (preferred)
    • Professional demeanor and polished appearance
    • Excellent communication and guest relations skills
    • Reliable transportation and U.S. work eligibility

    Schedule

    • Full-time | 35 hrs/week | 4–5 days per week
    • 7–8 hour shifts | Year-round employment

    Compensation & Benefits
