1830 Chophouse is seeking an experienced and skilled Fine Beverage Host to join our front-of-house team. This position is more than just pouring drinks—it’s about curating an experience, telling a story through every cocktail, and elevating every guest interaction through knowledge, passion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, organize, and maintain a clean and fully stocked bar
Greet guests and guide them through our food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision
Enhance guest experience with thoughtful recommendations and impeccable service
Support fellow team members to ensure a smooth, cohesive service environment
Answer the bar phone professionally to take reservations and to-go orders as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced or fine dining setting (required)
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktail preparation
Ability to memorize drink recipes, seasonal features, and menu pairings
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Professional, friendly demeanor with a guest-first mindset
Ability to work as part of a team and stay calm under pressure
