JOIN THE MISSION: Hospitality with Purpose At 7th Floor Hospitality Group, we don’t just serve food and drink; we serve moments. Flossmoor Social is a space where community and creativity meet, and where each guest interaction is an opportunity to turn the ordinary into something unforgettable. Inspired by Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, we believe the smallest gestures can have the greatest impact, and that true hospitality starts with being present, thoughtful, and relentlessly generous in how we serve. ROLE SUMMARY As a Bartender, you’re the pulse of the bar and a key architect of the guest experience. You’ll create beautiful cocktails with precision and serve them with warmth, attentiveness, and joy. You’ll learn guest names, remember their favorites, and anticipate their needs. Whether you're shaking, stirring, or storytelling, you’re always in the business of creating intentional moments that turn strangers into regulars.
