    Note Regarding Benefits: We have full-time and part-time positions available. 801 Restaurant Group full-time hourly positions typically work an average of 28-40 hours each week, depending on the needs of the restaurant location. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance benefits are only available to 801 employees who meet the required threshold of weekly hours to qualify for participation in the Company's medical plan.

    801 Restaurant Group is currently seeking a professional, experienced and passionate Bartender at our recently opened upscale eatery and cocktail bar, 801 on Nicollet. If you have a passion for service, commitment to uncompromising quality and strong attention to detail, then we want to talk to you!

    Requirements & Expectations:

    Minimum of 2 years, but preferably at least 4 years of bartending experience in an upscale, fast-casual dining establishment.

    Available to work at least 4 shifts per week, both lunch and dinner shifts, any day of the week, including weekends & some holidays.

    Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required.

    Must be at least 21 years old.

    The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and drink.

    Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things.

    Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-pace / high-stress environment.

    Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and coworkers in a loud environment.

    Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is required.

    Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:

    Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time

    Ability to maintain balance of food and drink service trays

    Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs, and occasionally up to 120 lbs

    Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
