We have a fairly bar at our indoor soccer facility and looking for an outgoing, energetic bartender who loves people. This isn't a stand-behind-the-bar-and-wait job — we want someone who works the room, makes guests feel welcome, and turns first-time visitors into regulars who come back specifically to see you. As a private club, we serve beer, wine, and hard seltzers, so the focus is less on mixology and more on hospitality, energy, and sales.

    What You'll Do

Greet members and guests warmly, strike up conversation, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere on game nights and league nights

Pour and serve beer, wine, and seltzers quickly and accurately

Move around the facility to sell and serve — you won't be stuck in one spot

Build a base of regulars who return for the experience and the service

Check IDs and serve responsibly, refusing service when appropriate

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and close out your drawer

Keep the bar and service areas clean, stocked, and organized

Restock coolers, monitor inventory, and flag low stock to management

Work as part of the team at closing — report to the Lead on Shift, complete your assigned area, then pitch in to help close out the rest of the facility once the Lead has finished her area

Follow all club, facility, and Texas alcohol service policies
