Crossed Keys Estate is seeking experienced bartenders for luxury wedding venue. Enthusiastic candidates wanted, must be motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment during events with up to 300 guests. Candidate should be willing to contribute ideas to bar menus.

Bartender Role:

Provide guests at events with exceptional beverage service, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality

Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks

Assess customers’ needs and make recommendations

Check ID’s and confirm that customer is of legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar supplies

Present excellent customer service

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are readily available

Report to wedding Maitre D' & Business Owners

Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guest safety

Qualifications

Must be available at least 1-2 days per week (nights and weekends)

Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology

Must be proficient in setting up and breaking down/cleaning bar equipment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
