The Bartender position at QG drives our mission forward by providing an environment that makes our guests want to stay, and come back when they’re finished. The QG Bar has two bartender shifts: Open and Close. The Open shift runs from 10am-4pm, and the close shift is 4pm-10pm.

Working in the hospitality industry means operating in a fast-paced environment. There are always guests to serve, drinks to craft, and orders to prepare.
As a Bartender at Quesadilla Gorilla, you will be on your feet for the duration of your shift. You should be comfortable working in a tight space alongside other team members and thrive in a high-energy environment where alcohol is served.
While your primary focus is crafting quality drinks, providing authentic hospitality, and building genuine connections with guests at the bar, this role also requires cross-training in basic kitchen operations. Bartenders are expected to:
We operate as one team, and flexibility is essential. Your ability to assist across positions helps maintain smooth service and a strong guest experience.
This position requires repetitive motion and strong attention to detail. You will regularly be stooping, reaching overhead, shaking drinks, and moving efficiently within a compact workspace. You must also be able to lift packages weighing 50 pounds or more during deliveries.
