    At Oswego Grill, we are looking for highly motivated team players that can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. With the fast expansion of the company, there are many long-term growth opportunities.

    Example of Bartender Tasks:

    Preparing drinks Mixing ingredients like liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to make cocktails and other drinks. Bartenders may also prepare non-alcoholic beverages and garnishes like fruit.

    Serving drinks Pouring and serving drinks to customers based on their requests. Bartenders may also make recommendations for food and drinks and offer daily specials.

    Maintaining the bar Keeping the bar clean and organized, and attractively displaying glasses and liquor bottles

    Customer service Greeting customers, taking orders, and assessing their needs and preferences. Bartenders should also verify customers' ages and IDs to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements.

    Cash handling Accepting payments from customers and balancing cash receipts to record sales. Bartenders may also process credit card transactions.

    Compliance Following all local and national liquor laws, as well as food and beverage regulations.
