Job Summary

As a Cashier/Bartender, you will be responsible for taking guest orders, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring every guest receives friendly and efficient service. Experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are most important.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and take food and beverage orders

Operate the cash register and process payments accurately

Prepare and serve beer, wine, and select cocktails

Make beverage recommendations and provide excellent customer service

Verify legal drinking age and follow all state and federal alcohol service laws

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and front-of-house areas

Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and service items as needed

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and mopping

Ensure smooth and accurate handoff of guest orders

Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, bartending, or customer service is preferred but not required

Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and bar operations is a plus

Mixology or hospitality certifications are welcomed but not required

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong time management and teamwork abilities

Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages

Schedule

Full-time and Part-time positions available

Night shift availability required

Day shift availability preferred
