The Role
We are looking for an experienced bartender who can provide outstanding, personalized customer service. The ideal candidate will be a true team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of maintaining a strong professional presence.
Key Responsibilities
Craft Cocktails: Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to our established recipes and standards.
Guest Engagement: Nurture an excellent guest experience by engaging patrons with a friendly, approachable attitude, offering recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.
Bar Operations: Restock supplies, and maintain a clean, organized, and polished bar area before, during, and after service.
Compliance: Adhere to all state and local liquor laws and health/safety regulations.
Teamwork: Support other front-of-house positions as needed and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-volume, upscale environment is required.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic cocktail recipes is essential.
Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail and accuracy.
Work Ethic: Ability to remain calm under pressure, problem-solve effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Legal: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Louisiana.
