What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet guests, start conversations, and create memorable interactions that exceed expectations.
- Mix cocktails to recipe standards, prep garnishes, stock the bar, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Suggest drinks based on guest preferences and upsell specialty beverages.
- Open and manage tabs, process payments, record transactions, and balance cash receipts.
- Verify guests’ ages, enforce alcohol consumption policies, and maintain a safe bar environment.
- Assist team members during busy periods, support other departments as needed, and follow all 6PM Hospitality and Hilton standards.
Who You Are
- High school diploma required; bartending school graduate with at least one year of bartending experience.
- Excellent communication skills, social perceptiveness, and a talent for creating positive guest experiences.
- TIPS, ServSafe, and CPR certified (or willing to obtain); committed to enforcing alcohol and safety policies.
- Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting over 30 pounds, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about mixology, flavor pairings, and providing consistent, high-quality drinks and service.
- Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
