Flyway Brewing – Bartender
The bartender’s primary role is to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It is also their responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, restock beer and wine, replenish bar caddies, prepare ingredients (such as syrups and compotes), and—most importantly—ensure guests have a pleasant experience.
Bartenders will be held accountable for cash and credit card transactions, as well as the bar drawer. They may also assist with cocktail creation and innovation. Additionally, bartenders are responsible for taking guests’ food orders, making recommendations for wine/beer pairings, and following the restaurant's Steps of Service as closely as possible.
