Position Overview

As a Bartender at Carlisles, you will be responsible for delivering a sophisticated bar experience while maintaining efficiency and consistency. You will play a key role in shaping guest impressions through both beverage quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times

Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and lounge

Develop a strong understanding of our menu, wine list, and spirits selection

Engage with guests in a professional, personable manner

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Assist in maintaining inventory and notifying management of shortages

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience required (fine dining or upscale bar preferred)

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
