    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and high-quality experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be a key figure in our front-of-house operations, crafting exceptional drinks and contributing to the overall success of our bar and restaurant.

    Duties:

    Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, wine, and beer, with speed and precision.

    Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.

    Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, bar tools, and storage, in compliance with all sanitation standards.

    Manage transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system, Toast, handling cash and credit card payments accurately.

    Monitor and restock inventory of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes, and report shortages to management.

    Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of alcohol, checking identification to verify legal drinking age.

    Assist in the development of new cocktail menus or drink specials, contributing creative and profitable ideas.

    Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and positive dining and drinking experience for all guests.

    Experience:

    Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is required.

    Expert knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic and contemporary cocktail preparation techniques.

    Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and drink quality.

    Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess all necessary state or local certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) as required.

    A background in inventory management or cocktail development is a plus but not required.
