About the Role:

Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team in Tualatin, OR! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft behind the bar and create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair

Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive bar experience

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station throughout each shift

Accurately process drink orders and handle cash and POS transactions

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible service guidelines

Collaborate with floor staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow

Assist with inventory management, restocking, and end-of-shift bar breakdown

Requirements:

Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred

OLCC Alcohol Server Permit required (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Must be 21 years of age or older per Oregon state law
