Position Overview: We are currently seeking a professional, well-groomed Bartender with experience in craft cocktails and a background in higher-end establishments. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, has strong food and beverage knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency and creativity

Engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and product knowledge

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service

Uphold high standards of presentation, grooming, and conduct

Assist with bar inventory and ordering as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years' experience behind the bar in upscale or fine dining establishments

Strong craft cocktail and spirits knowledge

Solid understanding of food pairings and basic culinary concepts

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
