Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.

Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Toast POS system.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.

Skills

Experience as a bartender within a full-service establishment is required.

Strong cash handling skills with experience in cash registers.

Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash management.

Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
