We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Operate the Toast POS system for order processing and payment transactions efficiently.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items paired with beverages.

Stay informed about new drink trends, menu items, and specials to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume setting is preferred.

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.

Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Toast POS is a plus.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Knowledge of brewing techniques is an advantage for crafting specialty drinks.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
