    Job Summary We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making drink recommendations, keeping the bar area clean and inviting, and creating a variety of traditional and creative cocktails. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and is passionate about mixology.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including craft cocktails and specialty drinks.

    Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant and bar area.

    Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages

    Manage cash, card, and member charge back transactions accurately and efficiently.

    Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients

    Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.

    Provide assistance to other staff members as needed, including helping with food service and events.

    Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu and ingredients to answer customer questions and make recommendations.

    Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our drink menu and ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.

    Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management.

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED

    Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending in a country club environment is preferred.

    Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required

    Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items

    Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

    Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent customer service and time management skills

    Ability to work well in a team environment

    Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

    Experience with point-of-sale systems.

    Strong knowledge of food industry regulations and practices.
