• Be knowledgeable in both food and beverage menus, including cocktails, wine, beer.

• Posses the ability to help train and educate other bar and service employees

• Ability to execute cocktail recipes with speed and consistency.

• Keep a safe and sanitary bar area, including bar sinks, chemicals, organization.

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner

• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner at the bar and cocktail area

• Consistently use suggestive selling techniques

• Maximize guest experience through steps of service and engaging conversation

• Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age

• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar, including all bar prep

• Contribute to the tip pool when not busy in your section, running food, drinks, helping with pre-bussing in other sections
