What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a positive experience for every visitor
• Take and process orders while handling transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth service during busy periods
• Address guest questions or concerns professionally and courteously

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
