Qualifications
Your skills and qualifications:
- Qualified candidate will be personable, articulate and have at least 2 year of previous bartending experience in an upscale, high end restaurant or 4 diamond hotel and 1 year of previous serving experience.
- Knowledge of Silverware is a plus, or two years’ experience with a comparable restaurant software system.
- Candidate should have experience in opening and closing shifts, table service, wine service, knowledge of food and wine pairing, knowledge of high-end liquors and aperitifs and experience with a high end bar menu.
- Qualified candidate will be pleasant, well spoken, gracious and willing to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
