Job Description:

We are seeking a personable and professional Bartender to join our hospitality team. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving beverages to our guests. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and memorable visit to our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including maintaining appropriate stock levels and displaying products attractively.
- Take and deliver food orders when necessary and collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
- Continuously monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service to all patrons.
- Manage bar operations, including handling cash transactions, balancing the register, and keeping accurate records of sales.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members and customers to foster a cooperative and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions to attract new guests and enhance the establishment's reputation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in Responsible Beverage Service or similar is preferred.
