Responsibilities: • Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in the point of sale system • Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages • Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant • Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more Qualifications: • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service • Food Handling, Alcohol and Tobacco, and Allergen Certificates Compensation: $10 hourly
