1824 Kitchen and Bar, located at the brand-new Fairfield by Marriott and Towneplace Suites dual-brand hotel at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, GA, is seeking an outgoing and experienced Bartender to join our team. Our restaurant and bar offer fresh, made-from-scratch American fare paired with a lively atmosphere and live entertainment. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent service, craft quality drinks, and deliver a welcoming experience to every guest. In addition to working the main bar, in 2026 the hotel will also feature an outdoor live entertainment venue and Beer Garden, as well as service some large functions in the Ag Center meeting space. Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy. • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide personalized recommendations. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels of the bar. • Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines. • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service for both bar and dining room guests. • Handle transactions accurately and responsibly. • Our restaurant and bar utilize the Toast point-of-sale system. Toast experience preferred but not required. Qualifications: • Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in a restaurant or hotel setting. • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and mixology techniques. • Excellent communication and guest service skills. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $9 - $13 hourly
