Overview Bright's Creek Club is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team! We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for service who is eager to learn, contribute and grow in a dynamic private club environment. As a Bartender/Server, you will play a key role in providing superior service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with members, taking orders, and making recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area's.

Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.

Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, showcasing skills in fine dining service.

Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred; knowledge of mixology is a plus.

Familiarity with food service operations within the food industry or retail settings is advantageous.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
