Paradise Lakes Resort is Hiring Multi-Functional Bartenders! Must be at least 21 years old

Our fun, friendly, and clothing-optional resort is currently seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals for part-time and full-time Multi-Functional Bartender positions.

Position Overview

As one of the first people our guests and members interact with, you help create the welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that makes our resort special. We are looking for outgoing team players with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to make great drinks while ensuring guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Responsibilities Include:

Bartending and preparing beverages

Providing poolside cocktail service

Taking and serving food orders in the restaurant and pool area

Assisting with bar backing duties

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Stocking and inventory control

Providing exceptional guest service in all areas

This is an all-in-one bartender/server/bar back position with flexible hours and excellent tip opportunities.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old

Weekend and holiday availability is required

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

No experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate.
