Our busy restaurant is looking for a bartender/server with a positive attitude who can provide excellent customer service for our patrons to have a great time at our bar. You will be in charge of taking customer orders, mixing a variety of traditional and creative cocktails, making beer and wine recommendations, and keeping the bar area clean and sanitary at all times. This position requires an energetic person with excellent organizational skills and a customer-first attitude. Responsibilities: • Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more • Order necessary bar supplies, stock and keep track of all wine, liquor, and beer inventories as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages • Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) • Outstanding time management and organizational skills Compensation: $11 - $14 DOE Plus Tip Pool
