Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently in a high-volume festival environment
Verify guest age and ensure compliance with Wisconsin alcohol laws
Accurately process cashless transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Follow all festival policies, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with guests
Work collaboratively with bar backs, supervisors, and event staff
Assist with bar setup and breakdown as needed
Must be 21 years of age or older
Previous bartending experience required (high-volume or festival experience preferred)
Valid ID and ability to obtain or hold a Wisconsin alcohol service permit (e.g., Responsible Beverage Server Training)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, sun, crowds, noise)
Reliable transportation to and from Franklin Field
Saturday May 30th
Must be available for the full scheduled festival shift. Open to close.
