The Bay Bar and Grille is getting ready to open its doors soon after a lengthy remodel and we need skilled bartenders to join our team! Passionate about mixology, local beers, and great wine? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We want you!

We’re open daily for lunch and dinner, so we’re looking for both day and evening staff. We have full-time and part-time positions available, and all team members MUST be available for at least one weekend shift. Part-Timers must average 3 or more shifts per week. Bartending experience required!

Responsibilities:

Provide superb customer service and products for bar, restaurant, and casino patrons

Prepare and execute cocktail menu with care and consistency

Pour beer and wine according to required standards

Provide accurate orders to the kitchen

Reduce and track waste

Accurately record orders, comps, and payments in computerized point of sale system

Cash, check, credit, and debit card handling

Effectively and respectively communicate with all staff, management, and customers

Maintain a clean and organized work space

Assists with answering phones and to-go orders

Daily side work and cleaning duties

Daily bar prep and stocking

Follow all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding serving alcohol and food

Other duties/tasks as necessary or provided by management

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ years old

Bartending experience required

Food Handler's certification preferred (must be willing to obtain within 30 days of hiring)

Montana Alcohol certification preferred (must be willing to obtain within 60 days of hiring)

Friendly and outgoing personality

Excellent multi-tasking capabilities

Detail-oriented, works with precision

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Ability to regularly lift 5-10 lbs, occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

Available weekends

Part-time applicants must be available an average of 3 days per week
