About the Role:

The Winchester is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a lively atmosphere. Must be passionate about hospitality and able to thrive in a high paced environment!

Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests with efficiency.

Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed to keep the bar fully operational..

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to provide recommendations to guests.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance bartending skills.

Requirements:

Hospitality driven with high energy and a positive attitude.

Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques.

Alcohol safety certification is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
