BARTH CONDREN LLP (Est. 1928) - a Buffalo, NY firm with a statewide insurance defense and workers' compensation defense practice seeks an associate attorney with 5-10 years' experience in the required areas of practice. Duties to include drafting pleadings, analyzing medical records, conducting depositions, drafting analysis reports to clients and insurers, appearing at status conferences, and conducting trials.

Our office is located in a pleasant, residential section of Buffalo with ample free parking.  For the position, there is an excellent opportunity for advancement within the Firm and the salary will be commensurate with experience. For the right candidate, we will consider a mix of remote and in-person work.
