Job Responsibilities : 

• Working directly with clients to assist and facilitate with day-to-day operations
• Become an expert on client specific accounts and their business needs
• Build operational relationships with current customers
• Work daily to evaluate and resolve shipment discrepancies
• Planning and booking freight shipments
• Help to educate and guide warehouse workers on operational processes -Learn new and expand on current SOPs
• Review transaction pricing based on rate tariffs
• Invoice clients on a cycled basis
• Training on CGMP and OSHA regulations Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a WMS and the interactive equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Strong knowledge of Excel tables and formulas
• Associates Degree (Bachelors in Business preferred)
• Entry Level - 0-3 years' experience
