Job Description

Manufacturing company located in Melrose Park seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their growing and busy team. This position will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for inside and outside sales representatives. Perform administrative duties for the sales team such as maintaining the CRM system, creating base templates for sales proposals, monitoring incoming communications and distributing appropriately, and assisting in coordinating trade show events. Temp to Hire Monday to Friday Pays $18.00-$20.00 Customer Service Representative Job Description * Verify and enter orders into the ERP system * Run and broadcast weekly open order and variance reports * Communicate with customers for: o Existing product support o New product kick-off o General sales and commercial discussions * Generate reports for sales analytics ?
