    As a Marketing Assistant / Area Coordinator at Bartos Group, you will have a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic realm of real estate marketing. Your role will be diverse and hands-on, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities to support our Marketing Department in creating a robust brand presence both locally and online, engaging with our audience through captivating visuals and videos, and facilitating the presentation of listings by supporting our sales agents. This role is designed to provide you with invaluable experience and professional growth in the marketing and real estate field. Responsibilities: Attend new listing photoshoots and intake property data for use in the MLS listing and ad creation.Distribute signage, lockboxes, and necessary marketing materials for listings.Assist in filming off-site lifestyle and property videos to assist in our social media content creation.Assist in the filming and creation of our YouTube content by setting up our studio, directing the production, and uploading videos and audio files to our editor to ensure timely delivery of content for editing and publishing.Collect data from Meta ads, Google ads, email marketing services, and social media platforms and create marketing reports for clients.Help plan and execute client and team events.Assist with various marketing and listing errands and tasks. Qualifications: Basic understanding of social media platforms, videography equipment, and their respective best practices.Ability to work well within a team and contribute creative ideas.Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn from our experienced professionals.Passion for marketing, social media, videography, and a desire to collaborate with others.Excellent communication and organizational skills. Compensation: $15-$18 hourly
