Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Baseball Coach & Instructor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching youth and adolescent athletes, with a focus on developing skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire young athletes while utilizing your expertise in various physical activities and sports disciplines.

Duties

Design and implement engaging baseball training sessions tailored to different skill levels

Teach fundamental baseball techniques, rules, and strategies to players of all ages

Monitor and assess player progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement

Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among participants

Organize and oversee practice drills, games, and tournaments in accordance with safety guidelines

Manage behavior and maintain a positive learning environment during all sessions

Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate player progress and upcoming events

Skills

Experience working with students or children in sports or educational settings

Strong background in sports coaching

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes

Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants

Job Type: Full & Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
