Position Overview

Frozen Ropes is seeking Baseball and Softball Instructors/Coaches to work with players ages 6–18 in a high-energy, player-development environment.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who have played at least at the high school level and want to stay involved in the game while developing the next generation of athletes.

What You’ll Do

Lead small group training sessions, clinics, and team practices

Coach players in hitting, fielding, throwing, and game awareness

Work with and support travel teams

Create a positive, structured, and engaging training environment

What We’re Looking For

Played high school baseball or softball (minimum requirement)

Coaching experience (youth or high school) is a plus

Strong understanding of fundamentals and game situations

Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to connect with players

Willingness to learn and grow as a coach

Schedule & Details

Part-time and full-time opportunities available

Must be available afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Flexible scheduling based on availability
