CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues
are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access, and fulfill customer needs through various methods (email, proprietary systems, and phone). Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to:
Order entry for multiple product lines from multiple sales sources
Initiating, filing, and overseeing claims on behalf of customer
Responding to requests for price quotes
Data entry
High level of collaboration and teamwork.
Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
Strong written and verbal communication
Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer experience surveys
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism
