Basso Marketing Agency, an award-winning full-service marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Brand Manager to join our team in downtown Rochester, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, implementing and tracking digital marketing campaigns for our clients across various channels. Your role will require direct communication with clients and managing our expert marketing team. Through collaboration, you will deliver client campaigns from concept to execution along with analyzing results and optimizing for maximum client success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and communicate with clients to discuss marketing strategy and campaigns
• Develop cross-channel, best practice marketing strategies to improve client key performance metrics
• Oversee and collaborate with of our internal marketing team to implement strategies and solutions
• Coordinate and implement strategies across digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, paid search, web, email and traditional media
• Manage client expectations by providing timely campaign results and scope change implications
• Own overall client satisfaction and report potential upsell opportunities to sales and management team
• Review Google Analytics and other platforms to suggest new client campaigns and strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert in digital marketing methods such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and call tracking
• Proficient in client communication. Must be able to comfortably talk with clients to convey insight and strategy recommendations
• Knowledgeable in Google Analytics and marketing analysis
• Must be organized and able to handle multiple clients simultaneously
