About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator at Bath Flip, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various projects within our company. We are a leading home renovation company based in New England, dedicated to transforming bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces. This position requires strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously

Schedule bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

Organize and schedule service visits and review/develop job scopes

Provide carpentry and basic handyman services onsite

Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for each project

Communicate with team members and customers daily to provide updates and address any concerns

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Track and report project progress to operational management

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during projects

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Requirements:

Prior experience as a project coordinator or similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Eagerness and ambition are necessary to be suuuessful at this role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of construction and renovation processes

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license
